Alarm-Me – Location Alarm / GPS Alarm — if you are so busy that you regularly forget to buy the right products on the way home, to visit partners or customers, and other things that you need to do in a certain place, then you can come to the aid of your Android smartphone or tablet equipped with built-in GPS receiver.
By installing the Alarm-Me app on it, you will be able to specify the places on the map, upon arrival to which (or the area next to them) you will receive a notification with a reminder of what you need to do here.
After launching the application and viewing the tips that you can choose the location on the map with a long tap at the desired point on it, as well as the fact that the map you can rotate with two fingers, you will be taken to the main screen of the application.
Here you need to select a point on the map where you would like to be notified upon arrival and set the radius of the circle around it where you will receive this notification. To do this, click on the “Radius” button and enter a numeric value in kilometers, meters, miles or yards. Then click on “Alarm Here”.
After that, you will be taken to the notification settings window, which you will receive in this place. Here you need to specify the text of the notification (Alarm Name), the type of notification (Alarm action): vibration (vibration), the sound signal in the headphones or through the speakers (Speaker), or — send a message to a contact from your phone book (Send Message). Then set the sound that will sound in the speakers or headphones (Ringtone) and, if necessary — set a notification that you need to enable GPS on your device when you start Alarm-me.
Click on the “Add” button with the image of the alarm clock to complete the creation of the notification. Once you have created a notification on the main screen of the application will display a message that before the event that you just created there are so many kilometers. By clicking on it you can change the event or stop tracking it. At the bottom of the app’s main screen, you’ll see a button to access a list of all the events you’ve set up previously.
